Question

What is hysteresis (for ON/OFF outputs)?

Answer

Hysteresis is the difference between the ON-point pressure and OFF-point pressure for output expressed as a percentage of the pressure full scale.

For example, assuming the rated pressure of the E8F2-A01C is 100 kPa (because the pressure range is 0 to 100 kPa),

the ON point is 80 kPa, and

the OFF is 50 kPa,

the hysteresis = 30% according to the following formula.
