2.Some of the specifications for the low-end CJ1M CPU Units (CJ1M-CPU11(-ETN)/21) are different from the specifications for the other CJ1M CPU Units (CJ1M-CPU12(-ETN)/13(-ETN)/22/23), including the specifications for overhead time, pulse start time, the number of subroutines and jumps, the number of scheduled interrupt tasks, and the number of PWM outputs.)
