SitemapID Tags that are installed on the wafer tray hold production information for production process management.
ID Tags that are installed on the tray enable management of different wafers and processes for each customer. The system writes data and instructions to the ID Tags for each customer and each process. The RFID Antenna that is installed at each process reads the data.
