This application displays, judges, and controls the thickness of decorative laminate.
A Displacement Sensor detects the thickness of decorative laminate. A Digital Panel Indicator with high-speed response converts and displays the values for judgment. Also, the system transfers BCD data to the PLC to perform control.
Know-How
The system uses a high-speed Digital Panel Indicator that supports fast sampling at 2,000 times per second (0.5 ms).
