This application uses a Thin-beam Fiber Sensor.

You can achieve a stable pin detection with this Thin-beam Fiber Sensor. The small built-in lens generates a thin beam.

Know-How

It was not possible to count pins correctly with the diffused reflection caused by wide beams.

You can count finely pitched pins accurately and stably with a thin beam.
